My husband wanted to lose his stomach and strengthen his arms

My husband and I are getting married shortly but in about three months we are going to go on our honeymoon. We had obligations to fulfill after the wedding, so when we were able to get a reservation in the Bahamas in one of those all inclusive resorts, we were excited. We’ll be married almost six months when we go. I wasn’t worried about the wedding because we had clothing to cover the imperfections. I was going to be on the beach for about twelve hours a day when we went on our honeymoon. I wanted to look good and make sure my husband was looking at me and not the other women. I called the fitness center to sign up for some couples fitness training. I didn’t realize they would do measurements and diet counseling. We had a nutritionist and a personal trainer. For three months straight, we were in the fitness center three nights a week. We did our stretches when we walked in. Then we went on to our strength training and our weight burning exercises. The fitness trainer there was with us every step of the way. We did couples stretching and individual stretching. I wanted to slim my thighs, stomach and back. My husband wanted to lose his stomach and strengthen his arms. By the time we were ready to go on our honeymoon, I had dropped two full sizes and my husband had dropped about six inches around his waist. I was glad we were going to the fitness training and working with our personal trainer.
