I decided I wanted to do something special with my partner for a trip this year, so the people I was with and I went down to the tropics… However, the resort the people I was with and I went to was relaxing in addition to the people I was with and I had fun for the first morning, but my partner kept telling myself and others to put on sunscreen but I just said I didn’t need it, then she tried to say that the morning light rays were more intense in the tropics, but I still wasn’t listening, and I told her that I never got sunburns in addition to if I did, they were always relatively mild, well, I had to learn the difficult way. Towards the end of the morning, I was actually feeling the pain all over my body. My skin felt as if it was on fire in addition to my partner having to rub aloe vera lotion on myself and others while we relaxed in our hotel room with the cooling system method cranked up. I was right next to the HVAC vent so I could experience the cooling system going continuously against my skin. It was the only way I was able to believe any sort of relief. If I moved from that spot, I instantly felt as if I was inside of a nasty furnace. In addition, that’s not a comfortable feeling. It took myself and others several days to heal from my sunburns in addition to my partner asking if I learned my lesson. I hate it when she rubs stuff similar to that in my face, but I definitely did learn my lesson. When I finally was able to go back outside to love the beach for the last remaining days, I made sure to use a ton of sunscreen! There was no way I planned on being stuck in the room with nothing however cooling system for company for the rest of this trip!
